Indications / Uses

Is indicated for the relief of productive cough associated with excessive or thick sputum (phlegm). It acts as a mucolytic agent by thinning and loosening mucus, making it easier to expel from the airways. This medication is used in the management of acute and chronic respiratory tract disorders, including bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and bronchiectasis, helping to improve airway clearance and breathing comfort during respiratory infections.

Dosage/Directions for use:

• Adults and Children over 12 years: 10mL (2 teaspoons) 3 times daily.
• Kids 6–12 years: 5mL (1 teaspoon) 2 to 3 times daily.
• Kids 2–5 years: 2.5mL (1/2 teaspoon) 3 times daily.
• Infants 7–24 months: 2.5mL (1/2 teaspoon) 2 times daily.

Not recommended for children under 7 months without specialised guidance. Maximum treatment duration: 7 days. Dosage should be taken after meals.

 Administration: May be taken with or without food

Contraindications: Known hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients in the formulation. Not suitable for individuals with rare hereditary conditions that may be incompatible with an ingredient in the syrup.
